Teri Cowan is a Davis County girl having grown up in Bountiful and now lives in Farmington. She graduated from Weber State a hundred years ago with a theatre degree and has worked as a stage & film actress and voice over talent ever since.
She also worked as a realtor and served on the Davis Arts Council (DAC) board of trustees before she and her husband moved back east for 4 years. They returned to Utah (and their three children) from Washington DC in February 2015 and she came on staff as DAC director of development, community outreach and education. She is excited about DAC current programming and is looking forward to initiating new programs that will promote the arts and benefit the community.
She is active in the Davis Chamber of Commerce Women in Business, and in addition to the arts Teri loves traveling, reading, and volunteering for her church and worthy causes. Though she is not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination, she has finished several Sprint Triathlons and a half marathon is on her goal list.
