Under the direction of Dr. Thomas Root, the Ogden Concert Band is in its 18th year of performing at a wide variety of venues, including the Hill Air Force Base Museum, Ogden Amphitheater, the Utah Arts Festival, right here on the Kenley Stage, and even music festivals in Germany and Taiwan.
Band members are music teachers, university graduates, students, and community members of all ages.
Their standard repertoire includes classic Sousa marches, movie theme songs, patriotic songs, and traditional Sunday-in-the-park favorites.
