Active Stages is one of the two programs of the Davis Arts Council that tours around Davis County. Partnering with a local theater company, Active Stages features one short play written for children of a specific age. We coordinate with elementary schools and children’s groups around the county to bring kids live professional theater with a message. Each play has a specific theme, like body image, anxiety, and grief, and teaches kids how to cope with these issues in an entertaining way they can understand.
