‘G’ is for Gary; ‘T’ is for Tyler; ‘Coop’ is for Cooper—a trio of musicians who have performed in a variety of groups and have now joined forces. The group performs a wide variety of music, from soft rock to country, easy-listening oldies to a hint of Latin. Their close harmonies are a signature sound meant to delight both young and old.
Gary Romer has been a performer for over 40 years, first playing ragtime piano at Lagoon and performing lead vocals for such groups as Change of Pace, Knights of Freedom, and SunShade ‘n Rain. Tyler Blackner started out as a bass guitar player in a 1960s rock band, the Glass Web. Brenda Cooper has sung since her early teens in musical theater, beauty pageants (Miss Layton 1983), and other vocal ensembles.
