A delightful look at some of the most well-known philosophers; their quirks, their humanity, their lessons, and their contributions to our lives. Thoreau, Gandhi, Aurelius, and Confucius are just a few the writer explores as each chapter begins with a train ride (where he does his best thinking) that is a story in and of itself. I found I needed to read a chapter then spend some time engaging in contemplation about its message. Funny and smart.

This is probably my all-time favorite YouTube channel. Five friends in London, two chefs, and three “normals”, are on a quest to make high-quality, healthy, affordable cooking accessible for everyone. They try out weird kitchen gadgets, taste test interesting foods, create awesome recipes, compete to win “brownie points”, and generally laugh and give each other a hard time whenever they can. They upload new videos every Sunday and Wednesday and I always look forward to seeing what “the boys” have in store for me

Scott Patterson plays arguably the greatest character on Gilmore Girls; diner owner Luke Danes. Scott himself has never watched the show so this podcast follows his experience of watching the show for the very first time. He also invites some of the other actors from the show to talk about behind-the-scenes experiences and stories. Each podcast episode features an episode of the Gilmore Girls show. It is a brand new podcast but I’m really loving it so far. If you are a fan of Gilmore Girls, you will enjoy it!
